Why can't I install the game?
We are working on the optimization of our games to be compatible with most of the devices. We recommend keeping your OS up to date.
Why can't I watch Ads?
Sometimes it depends on the region, wait one hour or more and try again.
I didn’t receive my purchase
If 24 hours have passed and you still have not received it, please contact the Player Support team through the contact button located in the settings section of the game and attach your full receipt from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store that includes your order number.
How can I get a refund?
If you want a refund, you will need to request it from the Google Play Store/Apple App Store. Please check any of the following links to learn more about refunds:

I didn’t receive my reward for completing tasks
You can learn more information about non-credited offers in Tapjoy's FAQ and/or submit a support request to the Tapjoy's Costumer Service team.
If you have not received your reward after contacting Tapjoy’s Customer Service team, please contact our Player Support team through the contact button located in the settings section of the game and make sure to include the following information:
- Game name (Pocket Love, Adorable Home, Tsuki’s Odyssey, etc.).
- Screenshot of the Reward Status of your offer.
- Screenshot of Tapjoy's support request showing that Tapjoy was unable to credit the offer and the reason.
Why is my code not working?
Our codes have a limit of uses and are available for a limited time, old codes might no longer be active. Make sure to follow us on social media to get new codes and join our Discord server where we hold contests for special prices!
What is the Player Support team’s response time?
Our response time is 24 to 72 hours from Monday to Friday. If you don’t receive a response within the mentioned timeline, please check your spam folder before replying to our last message.
Account
Android
- If it is your first time playing or updating the game to version 1.16.6 or higher, you will be asked to sign in with your Google Play Games account and give permission to access your Google Account in the loading screen:
Make sure that you have Google Services enabled on your device. If that’s not the case, you will be asked to enable them.
- Once you enter the game, you will be given the option to enable cloud save. Tap Check it out! (You have the option to do it later in settings)
- Read carefully the cloud information pop-up.
- Tap “Sign in with Google” one time only and wait for the pop-up confirmation from Google Play Games to show up, it could take a few seconds on some devices.
Make sure to choose the correct Google Account, as this will be used to save your progress.
- Once you choose the account, you will be able to see your saved progress.
iOS
- If it is your first time playing or updating the game to version 1.16.6 or higher, you will see a pop-up box regarding cloud save, tap Check it out! To start saving your progress.
- Read carefully the cloud information pop-up.
- Tap Sign in with Apple to allow access to your Apple ID and save your progress in the cloud. You will see a confirmation screen once you correctly login to your Apple ID.
- Tap Upload Save to save your progress (you will need to do this the first time you enable cloud save).
- You will see a confirmation screen once the your progress is successfully backed up
Delete account
- If you want to delete your cloud save data. Tap the delete button next to your Google Play Games username or Apple ID.
- Confirm that you want to start the process of deleting your account. Note that your cloud progress will not be available after completing the process.
- Make sure to confirm that you want to delete your account by checking the Yes, delete it box. Then tap Delete user.
- A confirmation message will show up.
Can I use the same account on different devices?
We strongly recommend playing on one device to avoid any issues with cloud save. It is not recommended to switch between devices as this could affect your cloud save in unpredictable ways.
Can I transfer my account to a different OS?
It is not possible to transfer your progress from one operating system to another.
Why can’t I use Cloud Save?
Pocket Love has an Age Gate system that directly affects the availability of some features shown to players. Unfortunately, we are not able to modify this in your game.
My Cloud Save is not available anymore. What can I do?
If you opted out of social features in the privacy policy, Cloud Save won’t be available for you. This action can’t be reversed.
Important things to know:
- Make sure to finish the tutorial when downloading the game again before uploading the Cloud.
- Pressing Upload Cloud before your progress load will cause the data to overwrite and it will be lost. This action can’t be reversed.
- Memories you took with the camera and pictures from dates are not saved in cloud save at the moment. Only daily Moments will be saved.
- Make sure to use the same account you used to save your progress when restoring on a different device.
- We are not able to retrieve any lost progress for deleting your cloud save account.
Gameplay
How to play?
Pocket Love offers thousands of customization options for you to design a blank space into a dream home. Simply visit the Amazing showroom and pick out the furniture that you love. You can get new furniture, clothes, expand your house, adopt pets, play minigames, date your partner, unlock special memories, snapshot different moments, and also as you unlock furniture, your characters will interact with different objects in adorably-cute ways.
How to earn Dogllars?
You can earn Dogllars by completing daily tasks, spinning the lucky wheel, claiming daily rewards, completing Tapjoy offers, and watching Ads.
Which is the max level?
You can reach up to level 29 in the current game version. We are constantly working on adding more levels and content.
It seems I can’t level up as fast as before. What happened?
Starting level 15, you'll need more experience to reach higher levels. The level heart will start filling up slower than before.
How many floors can I own?
You can own 8 floors with 4 rooms each.
How can I add more rooms/floors to my home?
You can build more space in your home if you tap the red home expansion sign or if you talk to Jane. She usually hangs outside your home next to the red sign.
Just tap the red sign or Jane and confirm that you want to build extra space in your home.
You can currently own 8 floors with 4 rooms each. The red construction sign will start showing up outside your home after the first 24 hours since you started playing and will not show up once you own the limit of floors and rooms.
How can I unlock the arcade machine?
You can unlock the arcade machine in Pocket Love by reaching level 4. Once you have reached level 4, the arcade machine will become available for you to play the minigames. If you have recently leveled up and do not see the arcade machine, try restarting the app to refresh the game data.
How to sell furniture?
Stay alert if a truck is outside your house! That might be Kevin ready to buy you some furniture. You can check the days he comes around the neighborhood in your Address Book.
How to clean the street?
Outside the house, on the street, you will notice some dust, poop, flies, cans, cockroaches, rats and trash, tap on them! You will receive some coins and complete a task if it is available. Make sure to complete Janis’ tutorial at the beginning of the game first.
There aren’t any vanity items available anymore.
You probably already have all of the available items. Stay tuned for future updates, we are working on more items and content!
How can I get different furniture?
Each new level helps you unlock different furniture. Make sure to complete daily tasks to earn love points to level up and unlock new packs. Keep an eye out for the Pocket Surprise boxes for seasonal and limited time items!
How can I capture/create a new memory?
1. Go to the main menu and tap the camera icon.
2. Tap the camera icon located at the top-right corner of the camera roll.
3. Adjust the size and frame of the memory you want to capture and tap the shutter button when you are ready to capture your new memory.
You can share your new memory or revisit it whenever you want in your camera roll.
How to unlock special characters in my Address Book?
Once you talk to these characters, they will give you their contact for the calendar. They appear at different times a week.
Where are the special characters?
They appear on different days of the week. If you already talked with some of them please check your Address Book on the foldable settings menu to see what days they come to the neighborhood.
Partner and Pets
How can I move my characters and pets?
The room in view is where your character will be. Your partner moves independently but can be dragged to another room. Pets can’t be moved to different rooms but they can be dragged to different parts of the room they are in.
How to interact with furniture?
1. Tap and hold the character you want to move for a few seconds. Your character will turn gray and you will be able to choose where to drop it.
2. Hold your character above the furniture you want it to interact with. If the furniture turns blue, then you can interact with the item. Let go of the character once you choose the item.
If the furniture turns red, you cannot interact with it.
This also applies to your partner and your pets.
Where is my partner/pet?
Sometimes they hide behind furniture or just wait around for a few minutes and they will be back.
How can I customize my characters?
1. Tap the character edit button located at the bottom-left corner of your screen.
2. You can edit your appearance on this screen. Use any of the tabs on the left to add or remove items.
3. To change your partner's appearance/name, tap the switch button.
4. You can now change your partner's appearance or name. Once you are done, tap OK to leave the editing screen and save your changes.
If you changed your partner's name, make sure to tap the save icon after doing this.
Note: The name editor is currently not available in the languages Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian.
There are not any more clothes available, what should I do?
We are working on adding more content and features to the game. Please stay tuned for future updates!
How can I go on a date?
If you see a heart icon above your partner, tap it to talk to them and choose to go on a date with them. Dates usually happen once a day when you enter the game and start a new day.
I went on a date automatically, can I go on another one?
This feature allows you to go on an extra date. Don’t worry, your partner will still ask you to go on your daily date!
How to adopt more pets?
Keep an eye on the street! Jess can appear with a surprise.
It's been a while since I've seen Jess, what should I do?
Unlike other visitors, Jess hangs out outside your home every once in a while. Make sure to keep an eye out for her and her furry friends.
How many pets can I adopt?
Every time you buy a new room you will unlock 2 additional pet slots. The current limit is 56 pets.
How can I change my pets’ name?
1. Tap the character edit button located at the bottom-left corner of your screen.
2. Once you are on the edit screen, tap the paw button above your character.
3. Choose the pet you want to rename from the pop-up list and then tap the pencil button.
4. Tap the text box and type the new name for your furry friend. Once you are happy with your choice, tap “OK”.
How to greet your pet?
You can greet your pet by tapping on it.
Can I change or return my pets?
At the moment, you can only change your pet's’ name.
