Cloud Save

 

Android

  1. If it is your first time playing or updating the game to version 1.16.6 or higher, you will be asked to sign in with your Google Play Games account and give permission to access your Google Account in the loading screen:

Make sure that you have Google Services enabled on your device. If that’s not the case, you will be asked to enable them.

  1. Once you enter the game, you will be given the option to enable cloud save. Tap Check it out! (You have the option to do it later in settings)

  1. Read carefully the cloud information pop-up.

 

  1. Tap “Sign in with Google” one time only and wait for the pop-up confirmation from Google Play Games to show up, it could take a few seconds on some devices. 

Make sure to choose the correct Google Account, as this will be used to save your progress.

  1. Once you choose the account, you will be able to see your saved progress. 

 

iOS

  1. If it is your first time playing or updating the game to version 1.16.6 or higher, you will see a pop-up box regarding cloud save, tap Check it out! To start saving your progress.

  1. Read carefully the cloud information pop-up.

  1. Tap Sign in with Apple to allow access to your Apple ID and save your progress in the cloud. You will see a confirmation screen once you correctly login to your Apple ID.

  1. Tap Upload Save to save your progress (you will need to do this the first time you enable cloud save).
  1. You will see a confirmation screen once your progress is successfully backed up.

If you are a returning player,  reinstall the game, complete the tutorial and log in to the same Google Play Games / Apple ID account you used to play.  You’ll get a Cloud sync error, choose the option Download Cloud Save to restore your progress:

 

Delete Cloud Data

Android

If you want to delete your cloud save data, you need to do this from the Google Play Games app. You can find more information on how to do this here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9130646?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid

iOS

  1. If you want to delete your Cloud Save data, you need to do this from your Sign In With Apple settings. You can find more information in the section Manage your Sign in with Apple settings: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102571
  2. Once you do this, please delete the game so the changes can be saved.
