Can't use Homecoming benefits

Recommended actions:
To access the full features of the Homecoming pack in the game, validate the purchase with the Apple App Store/Google Play store. Make sure that you are logged in with the same account used for the original purchase both in the Play Store and in Play Games (Android) or the same account in Game Center and the Apple App Store (iOS).
You can use the restore purchases button located in settings to verify the purchase as well:
Please note that it is not possible to transfer purchases to different accounts or from one operating system to another.
If the issue persists, please reinstall the game.
Can’t enter game
Bug status: In Progress.
Recommended actions:
Please export the Cold Backup of your game into your device. Then, import it in the same menu. This should help reset your game and allow you to access your account.
Achievements not updating
Bug status: In Progress
Recommended actions: The developers are working on the solution. This issue is only visual and your adventure will still progress as usual.
