How to log into my account?
Make sure you are logged in with your Google Play Games account if you are using Android or your Game Center account if you are using iOS. When starting the game, go to settings to sign in with your account.
How to restore my account?
There's two ways to restore your progress in Tsuki’s Odyssey. The first is with your SAVE file, uploading it manually in Settings. If you don't have access to the file, you can restore it with your Apple ID or Play Games account. Make sure you are using the same email address to restore it.

How to restore my Homecoming pack?
Android:
You can restore your purchase by pressing Restore Purchases in the game Settings.
Make sure that you are logged in with the same account used for the original purchase both in the Google Play Store and in Google Play Games.
iOS:
You can restore your purchase by pressing Restore Purchases in the game Settings.
Make sure that you are logged in with the same account used for the original purchase both in the Apple App Store and in Game Center.
Note: It is not possible to transfer purchases to different accounts or from one operating system to another.

Can I use the same account on different devices?
We strongly recommend playing on one device to avoid any issues with cloud save. It is not recommended to switch between devices as this could affect your cloud save in unpredictable ways.
Can I transfer my account to a different OS?
This is possible using the Manual SAVE transfer, however your purchases will not be available, as they are not transferable.
