What to do if I didn’t receive my purchase?
Please wait 24 hours for your purchase to process through Google Play Store or Apple App Store services. If you still haven’t received your purchase, please contact the Player Support Team from the settings of your game. Don’t forget to include your receipt in your message.
Types of Purchases
Identify the type of purchase you wish to restore.
Consumable Purchases
Purchases under this category will be restored or refunded only if there has been an issue with the purchase. They will need to be requested within the first 48 hours after purchase with the Player Support team. Consumable purchases include:
- Currency like dogllars, gems, carrots or coins.
- Seasonal game passes
- Limited use no Ads Add-ons
Non-Consumable Purchases
Purchases under this category will be restored as long as they have been purchased in the last 6 months. These purchases will be restored if there has been an issue with the purchase, or in games that don’t support Cloud Save.
- Furniture packs
- Clothing packs
- Upgrades (Ex. Homecoming)
- Subscriptions
- Unlimited use No Ads Add-ons
If you think your purchase meets the conditions shared, please contact the Player Support team directly from the game settings so they can review your request.
Restore Purchases
For games with Cloud Save.
Games with Cloud Save account will automatically transfer purchases made with the saved progress of the games. If you have issues restoring your account, contact the Player Support Team from the settings of your game.
I didn’t save my game to the cloud. I want to restore my purchases.
Non-consumable purchases will be restored for players returning to the game. Purchases will be restored as long as they have been purchased in the last 6 months and can only be restored once.
Please contact the Player Support Team from the settings of your game, make sure to include your receipts in your message.
For games that don’t support Cloud Save.
To restore your purchases, contact the Player Support Team from the settings of your game. Share your receipts in your message. Please take in consideration the types of purchases that can be restored in game.
Purchases will be restored as long as they have been purchased in the last 6 months and can only be restored once.
I lost my purchases due to an issue.
If you lost your purchase due to an issue you experienced, our Player Support Team will be glad to help you restore your lost purchases.. You can contact us from the settings of your game.
Note: Purchases will be restored as possible within the means of the Player Support Team. Compensation and restoration of purchases will depend on the issue experienced.
Transfer purchases to a different OS / Account.
It’s not possible to transfer your progress from one operating system to another or between accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Refunds
All refunds for purchases in our games are requested and processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Our policies regarding refunds are aligned with those from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

When can I request a refund from HyperBeard?
Refunds might be requested to the Player Support Team if they were made within 14 days of the purchases.
Note: Please understand that should Apple deny your refund, you will need to appeal it directly to the App Store.
What purchases can be refunded?
Purchases under the consumable category (such as currency) can’t be refunded. If you didn’t receive your purchase, please contact the Player Support Team from the settings of your game within 24 hours after your purchase..

For Play Store refunds, Hyperbeard is only able to refund directly if contacted from the account where the purchase was made.
When will I receive my refund?
You can check the status of your refund in your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account. All refunds are processed through the stores.
