Why can't I install the game?
We are working on the optimization of our games to be compatible with most of the devices. We recommend keeping your OS up to date.
Why can't I watch Ads?
Sometimes it depends on the region, wait one hour or more and try again.
I didn’t receive my purchase
If 24 hours have passed and you still have not received it, please contact the Player Support team through the contact button located in the settings section of the game and attach your full receipt from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store that includes your order number.
How can I get a refund?
If you want a refund, you will need to request it from the Google Play Store/Apple App Store. Please check any of the following links to learn more about refunds:

I didn’t receive my reward for completing tasks
You can learn more information about non-credited offers in Tapjoy's FAQ and/or submit a support request to the Tapjoy's Costumer Service team.
If you have not received your reward after contacting Tapjoy’s Customer Service team, please contact our Player Support team through the contact button located in the settings section of the game and make sure to include the following information:
- Game name (Pocket Love, Adorable Home, Tsuki’s Odyssey, etc.).
- Screenshot of the Reward Status of your offer.
- Screenshot of Tapjoy's support request showing that Tapjoy was unable to credit the offer and the reason.
Why is my code not working?
Our codes have a limit of uses and are available for a limited time, old codes might no longer be active. Make sure to follow us on social media to get new codes and join our Discord server where we hold contests for special prices!
What is the Player Support team’s response time?
Our response time is 24 to 72 hours from Monday to Friday. If you don’t receive a response within the mentioned timeline, please check your spam folder before replying to our last message.
Gameplay
How to play?
My Dear Farm is about building and decorating your ideal farm. You can earn Coins and Gems as you harvest your crops, collect mailbox gifts, and level up. With your earnings you can buy new crops, flowers, decorations, additional plots of land, and even stylish clothing accessories for your farmer avatar.
How to earn coins?
You can earn coins by:
- Harvesting your plants.
- Playing the Market mini game.
- Daily rewards.
- Selling unwanted items
- Watching ads
How to earn gems?
You can earn gems by:
- Checking on your animals.
- Harvesting your plants.
- Daily rewards.
- Daily Partner’s gift.
- Checking in with your pet.
- Watching ads.
- Offerwall offers.
How long does it take for my plants/crops to grow?
If you notice a “Zzz” icon over your plants, this means they’re asleep. They sleep so you can take a break from the game but when you come back to claim your mailbox rewards the crops should be awake.
What is the maximum amount of plots of land available for the farm?
There’s currently 16 available plots of land to unlock and expand your farm. You can also expand your farm to an island with 3 additional plots of land.
How can I unlock the Island plots?
You will need to have all farm plots unlocked to move on to this area. Once you complete this requirement, scroll sideways to find this piece of land.
What is the max level?
Players can reach up to level 9 in the current version of the game.
What happens if I water my crops?
Watering your crops will nourish them as they grow. This will result in possible greater Coin rewards when harvesting, and even gems once in a while
How can I sell furniture?
Make sure to keep an eye out for Archie from the Second Hand shop. You can select your unwanted furniture and sell it to him for coins! Not all items are available for sale.
How can I buy animals?
Find Nimsi at the Animal Store to see all available farm animals.
How can I find furniture for my house?
Find Sandy at the House Store to find furniture for your home. You can use outside furniture from the Store to decorate your house too.
