Cloud Save
- Go to settings and tap Cloud.
- Select Sign In. This action will automatically use your Apple ID (iOS) or your main Google Play Games account (Android).
Delete Cloud Data
Android
If you want to delete your cloud save data, you need to do this from the Google Play Games app. You can find more information on how to do this here: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9130646?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid
Once you do this, please delete the game so the changes can be saved.
iOS
If you want to delete your Cloud Save data, you need to do this from your Sign In With Apple settings. You can find more information in the section Manage your Sign in with Apple settings: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102571

Can I transfer my account to a different OS?
It is not possible to transfer your progress from one operating system to another.
Why can’t I use Cloud Save?
Pocket Love has an Age Gate system that directly affects the availability of some features shown to players. Unfortunately, we are not able to modify this in your game.
My Cloud Save is not available anymore. What can I do?
If you opted out of social features in the privacy policy, Cloud Save won’t be available for you. This action can’t be reversed.
Important things to know:
- Make sure to use the same account you used to save your progress when restoring on a different device.
- We are not able to retrieve any lost progress for deleting your cloud save account.
