What is the max level?
You can reach up to level 25 at the moment.
Where can I see my stats?
Tap on your Level bar located at the upper left corner of your screen.
Where can I see the reviews?
Open your game stats and click on the Reviews book located on the upper right of your screen.
How do I remove or change furniture in each room?
You can make changes to a specific room by tapping on the furniture icon and then choose the room you want to edit.
Each room has its own inventory for customization.
How can I complete daily tasks and achievements?
To complete daily goals and achievements, these need to be done manually rather than with help from your staff team. To do this you will need to stop using your staff members.
How can I change or remove a staff member?
To remove a staff member from duty, simply select the staff member you want to stop using and tap on them. This will deactivate them, and they’ll no longer be working at the Hotel until you choose to use them again.
How to unlock different guests?
Unlocking more food from the Food Service tab will bring new guests to the hotel.
How do I know the effects of each guest?
Go to the guest tab and tap any guest to know about the effect they have. Note that some guests do not have effects.
How do guests become Regular Guests?
Guests can become Regular Guests and grant special effects when they visit. When they reach a certain number of visits, you’ll get a notification in the guest tab. Then you can unlock their special ability to become regular guests. A heart icon will appear next to guests who have become regular.
How can I improve my reputation?
Reputation is gained when you receive guests, the more you promote your hotel, more guests will come and they can become regular guests and leave awesome reviews!
What do managers do?
Managers help you in the hotel by performing some actions automatically.
What is the role of the staff?
They help you collect tips faster. Some staff members have special effects.
How can I learn the effect of each staff member?
Go to the team tab and tap any manager/staff member to learn their effect.
How can I level up the staff?
You can check the requirements in the staff tab. Tap each member to know their requirements.
How can I activate the manager's skills?
They are activated automatically and you will see a pop-up message every time their skill is active. You can learn more about the skill of each manager in the team tab.
What can guests do in each area?
- Guests can rest and order room service in the hotel.
- Guests can order food and drinks in The Broken Cup Cafe.
- Guests can fish in the pond. This will unlock new fish in the furniture tab to decor the area.

How can I collect tips?
After interacting with the different areas, guests will leave seed tips that will help you unlock more food, guests, and furniture to decorate your Hamster Inn. You can claim them by tapping on the seed counter.
How to get rid of unwanted guests?
You can tap the unwanted guests until they are gone. You will see a progress bar that will empty out when you tap them. You can additionally hire a Guard Manager to help you with this task while their effect is active.
How do I get the Bundle special characters?
You can get the special characters by purchasing the bundle as an In App Purchase:

How to unlock the Broken Cup Cafe?
To unlock the Cafe, make sure you’ve reached level 4 and have at least 40K seeds to purchase this expansion. You can also purchase this expansion in the store as an In App Purchase.
How can I play the mini games?
Every time you open the game, you'll notice exclamation marks near the front desk. Simply tap on these exclamation marks to start playing the mini-games. You'll have 20 opportunities to gain seeds through these mini-games.
How to play the Broken Cup Cafe mini game?
When the blender has three exclamation points it is ready to be used. Tap on it and select the ingredients you see on the image to complete the recipe.
How to unlock the Fishing Pond?
To unlock the Fishing Pond, you will need to reach level 10 in your game. You can also purchase this expansion in the store as an In App Purchase.
Guests will start fishing, when you see three exclamation points it means they have caught a new fish.
How can I unlock Hamsterin’s Staff house?
To unlock his home, you will need to reach level 5 in your game.
Why don’t I have guests on Hamsterin's Staff home?
This floor is only for Hamsterin. Customers don’t have access to this room.
How to decorate Hamsterin's home?
You can use the unlocked furniture in your Hotel to decorate your Hamsterin’s home. Just tap on the furniture icon located at the lower right corner of your screen and select Done to close the editing mode.
Where can I see the photos I take in Hamsterin’s home?
These photos can only be shared when you take them and are not saved in the game.
