Why can't I install the game?
We are working on the optimization of our games to be compatible with most of the devices. We recommend keeping your OS up to date.
Why can't I watch Ads?
Sometimes it depends on the region, wait one hour or more and try again.
I didn’t receive my purchase
If 24 hours have passed and you still have not received it, please contact the Player Support team through the contact button located in the settings section of the game and attach your full receipt from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store that includes your order number.
How can I get a refund?
If you want a refund, you will need to request it from the Google Play Store/Apple App Store. Please check any of the following links to learn more about refunds:

I didn’t receive my reward for completing tasks
You can learn more information about non-credited offers in Tapjoy's FAQ and/or submit a support request to the Tapjoy's Costumer Service team.
If you have not received your reward after contacting Tapjoy’s Customer Service team, please contact our Player Support team through the contact button located in the settings section of the game and make sure to include the following information:
- Game name (Pocket Love, Adorable Home, Tsuki’s Odyssey, etc.).
- Screenshot of the Reward Status of your offer.
- Screenshot of Tapjoy's support request showing that Tapjoy was unable to credit the offer and the reason.
Why is my code not working?
Our codes have a limit of uses and are available for a limited time, old codes might no longer be active. Make sure to follow us on social media to get new codes and join our Discord server where we hold contests for special prices!
What is the Player Support team’s response time?
Our response time is 24 to 72 hours from Monday to Friday. If you don’t receive a response within the mentioned timeline, please check your spam folder before replying to our last message.
Account
Cloud Save
Cloud save is available with your Apple ID or Google Play Games account. Go to Settings → Cloud Save → Sign in using your account.
Can I use the same account on different devices?
We strongly recommend playing on one device to avoid any issues with cloud save. It is not recommended to switch between devices as this could affect your cloud save in unpredictable ways.
Can I transfer my account to a different OS?
It is not possible to transfer your progress from one operating system to another.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account. Go to Settings → Cloud Save → Delete user → Check the "I am sure" box → Tap the Delete user button.
Note: Your moments will not be saved with the cloud data. We apologize for the inconvenience (applies to both operating systems).
Gameplay
How to play?
In Adorable Home you can take care of your house, pets, and partner. Earn Love by interacting with your partner, cats, and visitors. Buy new rooms, furniture, more pets, unlock new interactions and play mini games with your cats to pass the time.
How to get Love?
- Checking the lucky channel reward on the TV
- Playing the mini-games with your cats.
- Feeding your cats.
- Preparing a bento box for your partner.
- Checking the weather.
- Placing new furniture to receive visitors that will reward you with Love.
Can I change the day time of my game?
Adorable Home is tied to your device's time zone. We don't recommend changing your device’s time as this may affect the behavior of the waiting activities in unpredictable ways.
Why can't I see the other rooms?
If you just started playing, the rest of the rooms will become available to unlock once you unlock the nursery or after three days of playing. You will need Love to unlock them.
How many rooms can I have?
Currently you can have 7 different areas when you and your partner can spend time together.
How can I give the bento box to my partner?
Once you prepare the bento for your partner, you just exit the activity, and eventually, your partner will leave, and the bento icon will disappear. This means that you have successfully given the bento to them. When your partner comes back, they will give you Love.
How can I change the bento box style?
You can change the bento box style by tapping on the outside of the bento. Then choose from your owned styles.
How can I place furniture?
You have to open the menu and select the room you want to edit on the left side. Then tap on the items you want to place, and set them on the yellow mark of your preference.
How can I remove items or furniture?
You can remove items by tapping on them, a pop-up will show up "Do you want to put it away?" Select "Yes" to remove it and "No" to continue using the item. The items you don't use will remain available in your Collection.
Why don’t my wallpapers and floors become permanent items in my collection?
Unlike other items in your Collection, renovation items such as floors and walls can only be used once. Every time you renovate your home, the walls and floors will change. If you want the old ones, you will have to get them again from the renovation section of the store.
How can I take a picture?
Moments are taken randomly every time you open the game. Tip: the more cats you own, the more moments you can get. It is possible to get the same moment again in the future.
I can’t see some of my farm animals
Your animals can sometimes hide behind furniture or game buttons. You can tap the eyes button at the upper right corner so you can see the full screen without the icons.
How can I unlock more plots in the farm?
Each plot can be unlocked by harvesting crops. The more crops you plant the more plots you can unlock!
How can I use the kitchen?
You will be able to see the recipes available by clicking on the different appliances in this room. Purchase ingredients from the store or grow your own on the farm to unlock and cook new dishes.
Where can I find my dishes?
Once you have successfully cooked a dish it will be available on your inventory, when you prepare the bento box for your partner.You can also check your Collection to check when your partner is not home.
Partner
Where is my partner?
It can take between 8 and 16 hours for your partner to return home from their activities.
How can I modify my partner's name or appearance?
You can do this by going to settings and tapping on the “Characters” button. You will need Love to do this.
Baby
Can I delete or hide the baby?
You can disable the baby in the game settings if you have already unlocked the nursery. Just go to settings and select the option to not show the baby. You will still have the nursery but the baby won’t be there.
Can I have more than one baby?
You can only have one baby.
Can my baby grow up?
This feature is currently unavailable
Can I edit my baby or change their name?
You can edit your baby by going to settings and tapping on the Characters button. Select "Edit Baby". Once you select the option to edit your baby, you can modify them and their name.
Cats & visitors
Where are my cats?
Sometimes cats hide behind the furniture, if you can see your cat's bowl, it means your little friend is exploring behind some furniture. If you can't spot its bowl, or the cat store is not working, please update the game to our latest version in the Play Store/App Store.
Why is my cat angry?
There's no need to worry. This is normal cat behavior, your cats will want to play again with you eventually. You should get a notification when they’re ready to interact with you.
Can I have more pets?
Cats are the only available pets, but you can expect to see different visitors while playing.
How many visitors can I get?
Visitors can appear randomly at different hours of the day. You can see how many stopped by your home in the main menu. There are currently 62 visitors in the game.
