How can I save my progress?
The game only saves your progress locally and doesn't support cloud save to restore your progress.
Why can't I install the game?
We are working on the optimization of our games to be compatible with most of the devices. We recommend keeping your OS up to date.
Why can't I watch Ads?
Sometimes it depends on the region, wait one hour or more and try again.
I didn’t receive my purchase
If 24 hours have passed and you still have not received it, please contact the Player Support team through the contact button located in the settings section of the game and attach your full receipt from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store that includes your order number.
How can I get a refund?
If you want a refund, you will need to request it from the Google Play Store/Apple App Store. Please check any of the following links to learn more about refunds:

I didn’t receive my reward for completing tasks
You can learn more information about non-credited offers in Tapjoy's FAQ and/or submit a support request to the Tapjoy's Costumer Service team.
If you have not received your reward after contacting Tapjoy’s Customer Service team, please contact our Player Support team through the contact button located in the settings section of the game and make sure to include the following information:
- Game name (Pocket Love, Adorable Home, Tsuki’s Odyssey, etc.).
- Screenshot of the Reward Status of your offer.
- Screenshot of Tapjoy's support request showing that Tapjoy was unable to credit the offer and the reason.
Why is my code not working?
Our codes have a limit of uses and are available for a limited time, old codes might no longer be active. Make sure to follow us on social media to get new codes and join our Discord server where we hold contests for special prices!
What is the Player Support team’s response time?
Our response time is 24 to 72 hours from Monday to Friday. If you don’t receive a response within the mentioned timeline, please check your spam folder before replying to our last message.

How to unlock different guests?
Unlocking more food from the Food Service tab will bring new guests to the hotel.
How do I know the effects of each guest?
Go to the guest tab and tap any guest to get more information about the effect they have. Some guests do not have effects.
Guests can become Regular Guests that will grant special effects in their next visits.
How do guests become Regular Guests?
You will get a notification in the guest tab once they have visited your hotel enough times to become one. You will be able to unlock this status from the same tab.
What do managers do?
Managers help you in the hotel by performing some actions automatically.
What is the role of the staff?
They help you collect tips faster. Some staff members have special effects.
How can I learn the effect of each staff member?
Go to the team tab and tap any manager/staff member to learn their effect.
How can I level up the staff?
You can check the requirements in the staff tab. Tap each member to know their requirements.
How can I activate the skills of the managers?
They are activated automatically and you will see a pop-up message every time their skill is active. You can learn more about the skill of each manager in the team tab.
What can guests do in each area?
- Guests can rest and order room service in the hotel.
- Guests can order food and drinks in The Broken Cup Cafe.
- Guests can fish in the pond. This will unlock new fish in the furniture tab to decor the area.
After interacting with the different areas, guests will leave seed tips that will help you unlock more food, guests, and furniture to decorate your Hamster Inn.
How to get rid of unwanted guests?
You can tap the unwanted guests until they are gone. You will see a progress bar that will empty out when you tap them. You can additionally hire a Guard Manager to help you with this task while their effect is active.
How do I get the Bundle special characters?
You can get the special characters by purchasing the bundle as an In App Purchase or by getting all of the set individually with gems.
How to unlock the Broken Cup Cafe?
To unlock the Cafe, make sure you’ve reached level 4 and have at least 40K seeds to purchase this expansion. You can also purchase this expansion in the store as an In App Purchase.
How to unlock the Fishing Pond?
To unlock the Fishing Pond, you will need to reach level 10 in your game. You can also purchase this expansion in the store as an In App Purchase.
How to unlock Hamsterin’s home?
To unlock his home, you will need to reach level 5 in your game.
Why don’t I have guests on Hamsterin's home (third floor)?
This floor is only for Hamsterin. Customers don’t have access to this room.
How to decorate Hamsterin's home?
You can use the unlocked furniture in your Hotel to decorate your Hamsterin’s home.
Where can I see the photos I take in Hamsterin’s home?
These photos can only be shared when you take them and are not saved in the game.
