Where is Facebook login?

Unfortunately Facebook login is not supported by Cat Spa anymore, we introduced a new Cloud save system, you can check it on the settings window.

Customers

There aren’t enough customers!

• Try pressing on the Promote button on the bottom right of the screen. 
• Customers visit when the Promotion Gauge is full!

What are special customers?

• Special customers don’t receive service, but they help or hurt the shop’s management. 
• The types and effects of special customers can be found in the Dictionary. 
• Special customers visit the shop without any notice, so keep an eye out for them.

The customers are paying double!

• Regulars are customers who have regular traits. 
• They may pay double if they are happy with the service or may leave in a hurry!
• You can find the information of these regular customers in the Dictionary.

A customer has wings!

• Winged customers are customers invited by Luna.
• If you want more winged customers, try raising Luna’s salary!
• That’s what Luna threatened me to say...

A customer is angry.

• Customers get angry and leave when they don’t receive the massage service they want.
• You must work on your rating and learn new massage skills to make customers happy.

Riches

What are Crystals?

• You can use them for buying furniture sets, costumes, riches, etc. at the store.
• You can earn them through challenges, free daily crystals, reward Ads, and promotions. 

What are Apples?

• You can use them for buying furniture, raising executive salaries, learning to make new wigs and services, etc.
• You can earn them through massages, the Hair salon services, checkout counters, toy trains, etc.
• You can also gain more Apples by getting help from Emperor Felininus or using Apple Boosters!

What is Wool?

• It is used to craft ‘Wigs’ in the Hair salon.
• You can earn it through the Hair salon services, toy trains, mini games, etc.

What are Shells?

• They are used for buying the Water Park furniture, customer swimsuits, and customer tubes.
• You can earn them when customers enter the pool or use the water park’s facilities.
• Try raising Wei’s salary to earn more shells!

What are Rotten Apples?

• Customers leave Rotten Apples when there is too much trash in the shop.
• Rotten Apples give you only half of the normal service rewards.
• If you get lazy with your management just because Mei is there, Messy might get angry over the mess!

What are Golden Apples?

• If you’re under the effect of an Apple Booster, the Apples you gain through services become Golden Apples!
• Golden Apples are worth double the amount of normal service rewards.
• Quickly grow your shop with the Apple Booster effect!

Guidebook

What is the Dictionary?

• You can find the stories and characteristics of customers and employees in the Dictionary.
• Check the characteristics of customers in the Dictionary and prepare to welcome new customers!

 

What is the Wardrobe?

• You can go to the Wardrobe by pressing on the furniture icon below the customer and employee details window.
• You can choose and change the outfits of customers and employees in the Wardrobe. Here's how you do it: 

• • Tap the options menu.

• • Then tap on "Dictionary".

• • Use the arrows at the top to switch between all the character types and then choose the one you want to customize.

 

• • Tap on the wardrobe located at the bottom right of the pop-up box.

• • Choose your favorite outfit from any of the options available. 

 

• The appearance of your customers changes a lot depending on your selected outfit, so try to buy as many outfits you can.
  

Furniture

What is Furniture?

• The Furniture decorate the shop, but they have many other effects, too.
• Your income and rating increase depending on the furniture you buy.
• The effects of furniture bought and your rating can be stacked.
• Buy a variety of furniture and increase your rating and income while decorating your shop!

What does Furniture with different effects do?

• Furniture, with different effects, has special features, unlike normal furniture.
• Such furniture includes mats, chairs, checkout counters, and more.

What is Furniture with stars?

• Furniture with purple star marks are all special furniture.
• Each special furniture reacts differently when you touch them.

Furniture has sales periods.

• Limited furniture can be bought only during a limited time.
• They can be bought only during a limited time, so don’t miss your chance!

I want to buy Furniture!

• Try pressing the Buy button below the furniture information window.
• The furniture available to buy is different for the hair salon, massage shop, and water park.
• Furniture decorate the shop, but they have many other effects, too.
• Press the furniture you want from the furniture tab to buy them.

I want to change Furniture!

• Try pressing the Install button below the furniture information window.
• If you press on a piece of Furniture you already own, you can change them into another piece of Furniture you want.
• The income effect and rating from the Furniture you own doesn’t change even if you change them.
• Try to buy lots of different Furniture and decorate your shop!

Management

Where can I learn massage skills?

• Try pressing on the menu on the right of the shop’s entrance.
• With a higher rating, you can learn more service skills.
• Try to learn new massage skills and earn more Apples.

How can I raise the prices of massage services?

• Repeating the same service increases your experience.
• Press the Raise Price button for services with full experience to gain more rewards.

How can I make Wigs?

• Select a wig you want to craft and press on the Produce button.
• Decide how many you want to craft and press on the Crafting button after checking Crafting Cost.

How can I sell Wigs?

• When you finish Producing wigs, put them on the Kiosk.
• Customers will buy the wigs if they find any they want on display!

I want to end my services quickly!

• Pressing on employees working on massage or hair services makes them work faster for a short time.

How can I buy swimsuits?

• For swimsuits, try pressing on the Swimsuit Shop above the water park.
• You can buy swimsuits and tubes here.
• With a higher rating, you can buy more swimsuits and tubes.
• Customers visit the waterpark wearing the swimsuits and tubes you bought, so buy many outfits.

Game Service

I want to restart Cat Spa all over again.

• Try pressing the Settings icon in the More tab.
• Press the Reset Data button to delete all of your current game’s data!
• Reset data can’t be restored! Please be careful!

I want to turn off the Cat Spa notice.

• Try pressing the Settings icon in the More tab.
• You can change notice settings by pressing on the Notice icon!

Employees

How can I hire employees?

• Press on the interview table in the break room.
• You can hire 1 random Hair salon or Massage employee by using 30 Crystals.
• It’s too bad for the drawn employee, but you can redraw the employee you’ve drawn if you don’t like them and you can’t hire more employees if you exceed the maximum number of employees you can hire.

How can I dismiss employees?

• Try pressing the Employees icon on the bottom left of the screen.
• Press the Hair salon or Massage tab and select the employee you want to manage.
• You can fire employees by pressing the Dismiss button.
• Fired employees don’t come back, so make your choice carefully.

How can I manage employees?

• Try pressing the Employees icon on the bottom left of the screen.
• Press the Hair salon or Massage tab and select the employee you want to manage.
• The stats and fatigue of the Massage or Hair salon employees can be seen, and they can be trained here.
• The stamina and service efficiency of employees can be improved through training.

There are no employees who can work.

• Press the bought cushion in the break room and select the employee who you want to give a break to.
• Employees with a red stamina icon on the top right can’t work anymore.
• Let your employees get some rest when they need it so no customers need to wait.

What do Business Staff do?

• Business Staff don’t serve customers directly, but they help in other ways.
• You can see the details of each Business Staff by pressing on them.

How can I hire Business Staff?

• Try pressing the <Employees> icon on the bottom left of the screen.
• Press the Business Staff tab to hire the executives you want.

How can I manage Business Staff?

• Try pressing the Employees icon on the bottom left of the screen.
• Press the Give Raise button to manage Business Staff.

What is Rating?

• You must raise your rating to grow your shop more.
• With a higher rating, you can buy various massage skills and furniture, and you can expand the space in your hair salon, waterpark, etc.
• Raise your rating to attract more customers by expanding your shop and providing a variety of services.

What are Quests?

• It’s a tutorial and guide for shop owners new to shop management.
• Learn more as you clear quests and gain each of their rewards.

What are daily goals?

• Press on the Checklist icon on the top right of the screen.
• Daily  goals are simple quests that are available every day.
• Login every day to clear various objectives and gain rewards.

What are the challenges?

• Press on the Checklist icon on the top right of the screen.
• You can gain rewards depending on the difficulty when you clear challenges.
• Clear various challenges and gain various rewards!

Where can I see the Report?

• The Report can be found in the PC on the bottom right of the break room.
• Find and enjoy the shop management conditions to reveal various hidden stories.

What is a Toy Train?

• The toy train brings Crystals, Apples, and Wool after 6 hours.
• Constantly login to receive gifts brought by the toy train.

I want to check my attendance.

• Press the Attendance icon on the More tab.
• Attendance rewards can be received once a day.
• Login every day to receive various Attendance rewards.

There is trash in the shop.

• Trash appears here and there in the shop as time goes by.
• Leaving the trash makes the shop messy and customers will leave you Rotten Apples.
